**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Guide prospective students and parents regarding NEET courses, structure, benefits, and career outcomes.
- Conduct counselling sessions (in-person/telephonic/online) and follow up with leads generated through campaigns.
- Convert inquiries into admissions by understanding student needs and matching them with appropriate programs.
- Assist students in academic planning, study schedules, test preparation strategies, and progress tracking.
- Coordinate with faculty and academic team to monitor student performance and offer improvement suggestions.
- Maintain accurate student records and update CRM systems regularly.
- Resolve student issues or complaints promptly and maintain a positive student relationship.
- Support in organizing seminars, orientations, and parent-teacher meetings.
- Meet monthly/weekly targets set by the management regarding student admissions.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree (any stream); MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in academic counselling, preferably in NEET/medical coaching sector.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence in public speaking and handling objections.
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
- Good organizational and record-keeping abilities.
- Familiarity with NEET syllabus and medical career pathways is a plus.

**Work Timings**:
Full-time; 9 30 to 6 30 Flexible hours may be required during peak admission seasons.

**Salary**:
As per industry standards + performance incentives

Pay: ₹10,205.93 - ₹34,870.50 per month
