Roles & Responsibilities

  • Enquiry Handling & Counselling
  • Attend walk-ins, calls, and online enquiries from students & parents.
  • Explain course details, fee structures, admission process, and institute USP.
  • Guide parents on suitable programs (JEE/NEET/Foundation) based on student profile.
  • Admission Process Management
  • Maintain admission forms, documents, and ensure accurate data entry.
  • Coordinate with accounts team for fee collection & payment tracking.
  • Issue receipts, admission letters, and maintain records.
  • Follow-ups & Conversion
  • Regularly follow up with potential students/parents to ensure admissions.
  • Convert leads generated from marketing, tele-calling, and walk-ins.
  • Communication & Relationship Management
  • Build strong rapport with parents and students for trust & long-term association.
  • Handle queries, complaints, and provide prompt resolutions.
  • Share timely updates about classes, orientation, and schedules.
  • Coordination with Academic & Marketing Teams
  • Share feedback with marketing for quality lead generation.
  • Coordinate with faculty & operations team to ensure smooth student onboarding.
  • Assist in planning seminars, workshops, or admission campaigns.
  • Reporting & Documentation
  • Maintain enquiry/admission MIS reports daily & weekly.
  • Provide admission status updates to management.
  • Track conversion ratios (Enquiry → Admission).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25, ₹35,000.00 per month
