Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute sales plans and strategies to achieve sales targets and revenue goals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers in the Pharmaceutical, Home & Personal Care industry
- Meet with Scientists & Procurement teams of customers to introduce & promote our raw materials
- Provide technical support and guidance to customers on the selection and use of our raw materials
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new sales opportunities
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations to customers
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with customers
- Collaborate with internal teams, including Supply Chain, and accounts, to ensure timely delivery of products and services
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the company's CRM system
- Attend industry events and trade shows to promote company products and services

Requirement:

- Bachelor's degree in chemistry, biochemistry, or a related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales of raw materials to Pharmaceutical, Home & Personal Care product manufacturers
- Fluent in regional language* along with English & Hindi
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems
- Willingness to travel as needed

Mandatory Skills

Proven experience in Sales (Pharma Excipients Products or API), Business Development, Key Account Management, and B2B Client Engagement

Desirable Background

Exposure to pharmaceutical excipients, API, or related ingredients only

Compensation (CTC)

₹12 lakh per annum (excipients experience) or ₹60,000 per month (API raw material experience).

Required Profile

Experience: 3-4 years

Education: B. Pharma, M. Pharm, or B.Sc. (Chemistry)( or related industry experience)

Age: 25-42

Work Details

Work Mode: Hybrid

Days: 6 days per week

Joining Requirements

Immediate availability or within 15 days

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month

- Industrial Sales: 4 years (required)
- Field sales: 4 years (preferred)
