Job Title: Sales Executive

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:

- Client Acquisition and Relationship Management: o Proactively seek out potential clients through various channels including networking, cold calling, and referrals. o Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their real estate needs and provide personalized solutions.
- Property Sales: Present and promote properties to prospective buyers through effective presentations, site visits, and open houses. o Negotiate sale prices and terms, ensuring a win-win situation for both the client and the company. o Prepare and execute all necessary documentation related to property transactions.
- Market Analysis: o Stay updated on current market trends, property values, and competitor activities. o Provide clients with accurate and comprehensive information to help them make informed decisions.
- Sales Targets: o Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. o Track and report on sales activities and results to management.

Marketing and Promotion: o Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Utilize digital marketing tools and platforms to reach a wider audience and generate leads.
- Customer Service: o Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process and beyond.
- Address and resolve any client issues or concerns promptly and professionally.

Qualifications:

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business,
- Experience: o Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in real estate sales or a related field.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Skills: o Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently. Personal Attributes: - High level of integrity and professionalism
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and competitive environment.
- Positive attitude and a strong work ethics

Pay: ₹14,938.87 - ₹53,935.44 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Bengaluru, Karnataka
