As we continue to expand, we are looking for a passionate and results-driven Sales Executive to help grow our business in the competitive logistics sector.
**Position Overview**
**Roles and Responsibilities**
- **Market Research & Database Creation**
Conduct thorough research on potential B2B customers in the U.S. and European markets. Build and maintain a cold calling database targeting relevant industry segments.
- **Cold Calling**
Proactively engage with potential clients through cold calls. Pitch our logistics solutions, provide quotes, and schedule appointments to convert leads into customers.
- **Business Development**
Identify and develop new business opportunities by leveraging market intelligence and outbound sales tactics. Build a strong pipeline through outreach efforts.
- **Account Management**
Oversee shipment closures, monitor payment status, manage overdue accounts, and follow up diligently to ensure client satisfaction and business continuity.
- **Customer Retention & Growth**
Cultivate long-term relationships with existing clients, identify up-sell and cross-sell opportunities, and ensure ongoing customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- **Coordination & Communication**
Serve as a single point of contact for clients, ensuring clear and timely communication across internal and external stakeholders.
- **Education**: Graduate in any discipline
- **Experience**: 1 to 5 years in sales or business development with **mandatory international sales experience**:
- **Industry Preference**: Logistics or transportation experience is a strong advantage
**Key Skills Required**
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities
- Demonstrated success in international B2B sales
- Proficiency in handling outbound cold calls and generating qualified leads
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
