CHEF DE PARTIE (CDP) - Continental/Bakery/Pastry/Indian

Key Responsibilities:
Food Preparation:

- Expertly prepare and cook a variety of respective Cuisine dishes following established recipes and guidelines.
- Ensure the consistent quality and taste of all food items prepared in the respective cuisine section.

Menu Development:

- Collaborate with the management to contribute ideas and recipes for the respective cuisine section of the menu.
- Introduce seasonal variations and innovative dishes to enhance the menu.

Quality Control:

- Conduct regular taste tests and inspections to maintain the highest standards of food quality.
- Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure proper execution of respective cuisine recipes.

Team Collaboration:

- Train and mentor junior kitchen staff/commis to maintain consistency in food preparation and presentation.
- Collaborate with other departments for seamless coordination during service.

Kitchen Hygiene and Safety:

- Adhere strictly to health and safety regulations, ensuring a clean and organized kitchen.
- Uphold proper food handling practices, good manufacturing practices and sanitation standards.

Ordering and Inventory:

- Assist in managing inventory for the respective sections, minimizing waste, and controlling costs.
- Contribute to the ordering of fresh and quality ingredients.

Qualifications:

- Culinary degree or equivalent certification in the same field.
- Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or Demi Chef in Respective cuisine.
- In-depth knowledge of Respective Cuisine’s cooking techniques and presentation.
- Creativity and ability to contribute to menu development.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹37,000.00 per month
