Assist in preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes as per the menu and recipe standards.
- Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and portion control.
- Support the Chef de Partie during busy service periods.
- Take charge of the assigned section in the absence of the Chef de Partie.
- Ensure mise-en-place (preparation) is completed before each service.
- Maintain smooth communication with other sections for timely service.
- Follow proper food safety, sanitation, and hygiene procedures (HACCP standards).
- Check the freshness and quality of ingredients before use.
- Ensure proper storage of food items to prevent spoilage and wastage.
- Assist in checking daily stock levels and report shortages to the Chef de Partie or Sous Chef.
- Help in minimizing wastage and controlling food cost.
- Supervise and train Commis staff in your section.
- Promote teamwork and maintain a positive working environment.
- Ensure all kitchen equipment is used safely and maintained properly.
- Report any equipment malfunction or maintenance needs immediately.
- Suggest improvements or new dishes to enhance the menu.
- Participate in tastings and trials as instructed by senior chefs.

Pay: ₹10,074.72 - ₹40,000.00 per month
