Assist in the preparation, cooking, and presentation of dishes.
- Maintain a clean and orderly kitchen by washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, and taking out trash.
- Follow instructions from the Chef de Partie, Sous Chef, and Head Chef.
- Assist with stock rotation and inventory management.
- Ensure all food and other items are stored properly.
- Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards.
- Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies.
- Prepare ingredients for cooking (chopping vegetables, butchering meat, preparing sauces, etc.).
- Clean and maintain kitchen equipment and utensils.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Commis Chef or similar role in a professional kitchen is preferred.
- Culinary school diploma or equivalent qualification is a plus.
- Knowledge of kitchen health and safety rules and regulations.
- Ability to follow all hygiene and food safety procedures.
- Team player with excellent communication skills.
- Willingness to learn and take direction.
- Good physical condition and stamina.

**Working Conditions**:

- Fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Long hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Standing for extended periods and lifting heavy kitchen equipment or ingredients.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
