**Positions Available**:

- Chef de Partie (CDP)

**Chef de Partie (CDP) Responsibilities**:

- Manage and oversee a specific section of the kitchen.
- Ensure high standards of food preparation and presentation across Indian, Chinese, and Continental cuisines.
- Supervise and mentor junior kitchen staff.
- Assist with menu planning and recipe development.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar role in star hotels.
- Strong knowledge of cooking techniques and kitchen equipment, especially in Indian, Chinese, and Continental cuisines.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Culinary degree or relevant certification is a plus.
