Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Outreach & Coordination:
Gather data on insurance & reinsurance companies.
Reach out to potential clients to introduce insurance brokerage services.
Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and maintain meeting records.
Ensure timely follow-ups with interested clients.
- Administrative & Office Support:
Assist in day-to-day office operations and coordination.
Handle vendor interactions for travel arrangements, ticket bookings, and office-related needs.
Ensure smooth communication between departments.
**Requirements**:
- Experience: 6 months - 1 year in client coordination, tele calling, or administrative roles.
- Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
