Profile Introduction:
**Responsibilities**:

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the commercial real estate sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, investors, and other stakeholders.
- Conduct market research and analysis to stay informed about industry trends, pricing, and competitor activities.
- Prepare and present compelling property listings and investment opportunities to potential clients.
- Collaborate with property owners, landlords, and tenants to facilitate successful transactions.
- Negotiate and finalize commercial real estate deals, ensuring favorable terms for all parties involved.
- Stay updated on zoning regulations, market conditions, and other factors influencing commercial real estate transactions.
- Work closely with a team of professionals, including brokers, attorneys, and financial experts, to ensure smooth and successful transactions.
- Provide exceptional customer service and serve as a trusted advisor to clients throughout the real estate transaction process.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall success and growth of the company.

**Requirements**:

- Strong understanding of commercial real estate market trends, property valuation, and financial analysis.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Proficient in using real estate databases and CRM software.
- Possess a valid real estate license in [state/country].
- Exceptional networking and relationship-building capabilities.
- Results-oriented mindset with a commitment to achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Languages: Hindi, English, Marathi.

**Salary**: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
