Senior Sales Executive
Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
Generate revenue by identifying and securing sales opportunities through both existing client relationships and new lead generation.
Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline through proactive outreach and follow-ups.
Promote and market real estate projects to potential buyers and investors.
Assist in the development and execution of business development strategies.
Conduct market research to stay informed about competitive offerings and customer needs.
Participate in client meetings, site visits, and negotiations to close deals effectively.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth post-sales support and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Experience: Minimum of 5-10 years of proven sales experience in the real estate industry.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Languages: Fluency in English, Marathi, and Hindi is required.
Other Requirements: Must own a personal vehicle and possess a valid driving license; knowledge of NA Plots will be an add on advantage.
Key Skills:
Strong negotiation and closing skills, convincing skills, pleasant decent personality.
Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
Good organizational and time-management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
