**Introduction**:
Join our dynamic real estate team as a Sales Executive, where you will play a crucial role in promoting and selling properties to prospective buyers. As a pivotal member of our team, you will utilize your exceptional communication skills and in-depth knowledge of the real estate market to provide top-notch service to our clients.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prospect for potential clients to foster property sales opportunities.
- Present properties and their features to potential buyers.
- Act as an intermediary in negotiations between buyers and sellers, ensuring a smooth transaction process.
- Provide guidance and assistance to buyers in making informed decisions about their real estate investments.
- Keep up-to-date with market trends, property values, and competitive activities.
- Collaborate with other members of the sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives.
- Maintain a strong network of contacts within the real estate industry to generate leads and referrals.
- Ensure compliance with legal requirements, industry regulations, and ethical standards in all transactions.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of successful sales in the real estate industry.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals effectively.
- Deep understanding of local real estate market trends and property values.
- Familiarity with real estate laws, regulations, and processes.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

- English, Hindi and Marathi**

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
