**Job Title: MIS Executive - Real Estate**
**Reports to: MIS Manager**
**Location: BKC To Borivali**

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Design and Development of MIS Reports: Create and maintain MIS reports, dashboards, and scorecards to provide insights on sales, marketing, customer service, and operational performance.

2. Data Analysis and Interpretation: Analyze data from various sources, including CRM, ERP, and other business systems, to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.3. Business Intelligence: Develop and maintain business intelligence tools, such as Tableau, Power BI, or QlikView, to provide data visualization and insights.

4. Reporting and Dashboards: Create and maintain reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics, such as sales pipeline, customer acquisition costs, and project timelines.

5. Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with stakeholders, including senior management, sales, marketing, and customer service teams, to understand their data requirements and provide insights to support business decision-making.

6. Data Quality and Governance: Ensure data quality, integrity, and security, and maintain data governance policies and procedures.

7. Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve MIS processes, reports, and dashboards to ensure they meet business needs and are aligned with industry best practices.

**Requirements**:
1. Education: Bachelor's degree.

2. Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in MIS, business intelligence, or data analysis, preferably in the real estate industry.

3. Technical Skills: Proficient in MIS reporting tools, such as Tableau, Power BI, or QlikView, and programming languages, such as SQL, Python, or R.

4. Data Analysis: Strong data analysis and interpretation skills, with the ability to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.

5. Communication: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
