We are seeking a motivated and experienced Real Estate Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for representing our clients in the purchase and sale of residential and commercial properties. Your primary focus will be on generating leads, cultivating relationships, and closing deals to drive revenue and achieve sales targets.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Prospecting and Lead Generation**:

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through various channels, including networking, cold calling, and online marketing.
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients by actively seeking out qualified leads and referrals.
- **Client Representation**:

- Conduct consultations with clients to understand their real estate needs and preferences, providing expert advice and guidance throughout the buying or selling process.
- Coordinate property viewings, negotiate offers, and facilitate smooth transactions to ensure client satisfaction.
- **Market Analysis and Pricing Strategy**:

- Stay informed about market trends, property values, and competitive landscape to advise clients on pricing strategies and investment opportunities.
- Conduct comparative market analysis (CMA) and property assessments to accurately determine property values and set realistic expectations for clients.
- **Marketing and Promotion**:

- Develop and implement marketing plans to promote listings and attract potential buyers or tenants, leveraging both traditional and digital marketing channels.
- Create compelling property listings, including photographs, descriptions, and virtual tours, to showcase properties effectively to prospective buyers.
- **Administrative Tasks**:

- Maintain accurate records of property listings, client interactions, and transaction details using CRM software or other designated systems.
- Prepare and review contracts, purchase agreements, and other legal documents in compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.

**Requirements**:

- Active real estate license in [insert state or region] required.
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach.
- Proficiency in real estate CRM software and MS Office Suite.

Language - English Hindi And Marathi.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 per month
