Profile Introduction

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our Real Estate team. As a Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in our company's success by identifying and closing real estate deals, fostering client relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced and competitive industry.

**Responsibilities**:

- Identify potential clients and lead generation through various channels.
- Present and promote properties to prospective buyers.
- Provide guidance and assistance to clients throughout the buying/selling process.
- Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to close deals.
- Maintain a deep understanding of market trends and property values.
- Build and maintain positive client relationships.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs

**Requirements**:

- Strong understanding of the local real estate market and current trends.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and a team player.
- Knowledge of CRM software and real estate databases.

**Immediate Joiners Required**

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
