**Position Overview**: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Purchasing Executive to join our team in Nashik. The Purchasing Executive will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient procurement of various materials required in our co. like chemicals, glassware, plasticware, lab instruments with favourable terms with suppliers, and maintaining a seamless supply chain to support our business operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Vendor Management**:

- Identify and evaluate potential suppliers based on quality, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new suppliers.
- Negotiate terms and conditions with suppliers to ensure favorable agreements.
- Address and resolve any quality issues with suppliers promptly.

**Cost Optimization**:

- Analyze market trends and pricing to identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Implement cost-effective procurement strategies without compromising quality.

**Documentation and Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier information.
- Generate regular reports on procurement activities and cost savings.

**Compliance**:

- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Stay updated on industry standards and best practices.

**Qualifications**:

- B. Sc., BE / Diploma Engineer, B. Com, with MBA, Supply Chain Management, Purchasing Management.
- Proven experience of 5 years + as a Purchasing Executive or in a similar role within the Laboratory Solution Company, chemical / Pharma Raw material trading industry.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Familiarity with chemical products and their specifications.
- Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Salary**: ₹100,521.40 - ₹423,691.47 per year
