- Minimum 1+ years experience in Real Estate as Sales Executive.

- **English, Hindi, Marathi

- Relevant fields of study include business, marketing, finance, economics, or real estate.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of local real estate market trends and regulations.
- Proficiency in using real estate management software and CRM tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.

**Responsibility:

- **
- **Client Relationship Management**:Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

Understand clients' needs, preferences, and financial capabilities.Provide clients with up-to-date information on available properties and market trends.
- **Property Promotion**:List and promote properties through various channels (websites, social media, advertisements, etc.).

Conduct property showings and tours for potential buyers.Prepare and distribute marketing materials, including brochures and listings.
- **Market Research**:Stay updated on local real estate market trends, prices, and competition.

Analyse market conditions and provide insights to clients.Identify potential leads and new business opportunities.
- **Negotiation and Closing**:Facilitate negotiations between buyers and sellers.

Draft and review purchase agreements, contracts, and other necessary documents.Ensure smooth closing processes and address any client concerns.
- **Compliance and Legal Knowledge**:Adhere to all real estate laws, regulations, and ethical standards.

Maintain a thorough understanding of legal and financial aspects of real estate transactions.
- **Targets and Reporting**:Set and achieve sales targets and goals.
