Job Description:
As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in generating new business by identifying prospective sales opportunities. You will work closely with our internal Technical team & with potential clients, understanding their needs and how our IT services can meet those needs. This role is ideal for ambitious individuals looking to develop their sales skills in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Work closely with Ssquad internal Technical heads & management team to understannd our products & service.
- Maintain a pipeline of prospects and actively follow up to close sales.
- Conduct market research to identify new leads and understand industry trends.
- Present, promote, and sell IT services using solid arguments to prospective customers.
- Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
- Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments.
- Record all customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents in the CRM system.
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on services.
- Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends in IT services.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 0-1 years experience in inside sales/ Fresh graduates with excellent English communciation skills are welcome to apply, training will be provided from our oversees training partners.
- Strong desire to learn along with professional drive.
- Solid understanding of different sales techniques and pipeline management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Comfortable using CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
