Inside Sales Executive (Telesales) - Online Courses | Techshore

Work from Kochi / Hybrid / Remote (based on experience)
**Salary**:
₹15,000 - ₹25,000/month + Attractive Incentives per Conversion
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Call inbound leads and follow up via WhatsApp and phone.
- Explain course features (UGC-approved, placement support, etc.).
- Guide students through the admission process.
- Maintain lead details and progress in Google Sheets/CRM.
- Achieve weekly and monthly admission targets.
- Coordinate with the marketing team for lead feedback.
**Requirements**:
- 1-3 years of telesales/inside sales experience (EdTech preferred).
- Strong communication in **English & Malayalam** (Hindi is a plus).
- Confident, persuasive, and goal-driven.
- Comfortable with calling 50-100 leads per day.
- Basic computer and CRM/Google Sheets knowledge.
