**Responsibilities**:
1. Office Administration:
Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for team members.

Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.

Support the onboarding process for new employees, including preparing workspaces and necessary equipment.

2. Facilities Management:
Oversee day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring a clean, safe, and functional working environment.

Coordinate and manage facility maintenance and repairs, liaising with external vendors and service providers.

Monitor and manage office equipment, including copiers, printers, and telecommunications systems.

Assist in negotiating contracts with suppliers and service providers to ensure cost-effective solutions.

3. Event Coordination:
Assist in planning and coordinating office events, meetings, and conferences.

Arrange necessary logistics, such as venue selection, catering, audiovisual equipment, and accommodations.

Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of events and provide on-site support as required.

4. Administrative Support:
Provide administrative support to various departments as needed, including data entry, filing, and document management.

Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documentation.

Maintain accurate records and files, both electronic and physical, ensuring confidentiality and data security.

5. Vendor Management

Build networks with local vendors and negotiate with them fiercely

Maintain a database of vendors and complete all documentation pertaining to vendor empanelment

Qualifications:
0-3 years of experience in office administration and facilities management.

High school diploma required; additional certifications or relevant education is a plus.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Attention to detail and accuracy in work.

Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.

Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Knowledge of basic accounting principles for budget tracking.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
