**Description**:
Provide L1.5 support for team deliverables.

Configuration, allocation, and management of centralized backup & storage systems and other deployed backup & storage solutions

Participate in developing or engineer new solutions related to data storage and access

Help setup of backup technologies - Commvault, Veeam. Additionally Tape & Disk libraries knowledge is an add-on, VTL etc.

Help Drafting and setting up SOPs.

Be able to take care of most of P3/P4 tasks and document the RCCA.

Interacting with client over calls and provide details and reasoning of the deliverables.

**Requirements**:
Troubleshooting experience and ability to fulfill Backup L1.5 support

Good knowledge on multiple Backup Systems. Primarily Commvault.

Experience in Veeam is highly appreciated.

Experience with monitoring and performance tuning of various backup systems

Learn & Participate with capacity planning and storage allocation forecasting

Experience in Backup Operations management, backup systems, DR
