- Minimum Qualification - College Graduate
- Minimum Experience - 1+ years

**Skills**:
- Good understanding of Infrastructure monitoring.
- Should have excellent written and verbal communication.
- Knowledge in IP addressing (Private IP, Public IP and Subnetting)
- Knowledge in CLI configuration
- Good understanding of remote installation, configuration, ssh, telnet, ftp, tftp, routing, switching, Firewall & wireless controller, wifi.
- Basic understanding of network services, ACL, user creation, Syslog, snmp v2/v3 and monitoring.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide L1 and possible support for team deliverables.
- Good Knowledge of static and dyanamic routing protocol like eigrp, ospf and BGP.
- Good Knowledge of switching technology, Vlan, VTP, FTP, STP.
- Log identify in Access-list and Prefix list.
- Network monitoring tools, Syslog servers, event, alerts, health monitoring.
- Participate in rotating schedule and monthly maintenance activities like backup activities.
- Network devcies health-checkup on daily basis and report managment.

- Mandatory Skills: 1/2/3
- 1. Monitor routing and routing protocols.
- 2. Layer-2 switching, vlan, VTP, sub-interface, snmp, logging, tftp, runing configuration bakcups, enable ssh
- 3. Firewall, policy monitoring, ACL, logs monitoring, hitcount monitoring and basic troubleshooting in CLI.
- 4. Good Knowledge Fiber SFP, Ethernet SFP and Fiber modules.
- 5. Knowledge of devices backup, network and firewall health monitoring.

- 1. Basic Knowledge in Network monitoring tools and Network Cofiguration Manger like Nagios, Solarwind, PRTG, OPmanager.
- 2. Good Knowledge in Ticketing tools in servicenow, Managenginee and Remedy.
- 3. Basic knowledge in CLI and UTM firewall devcies, licenses and services.

**Must have**:MCSE,, ITIL Foundations,Excellent comms skills

Should have excellent written and verbal communication
- Good Exposure to ticketing tools (ServiceNow, JIRA, Cherwell etc.)
- Good troubleshooting skills on Windows/Linux OS
- Basic understanding on Networking and Network devices.
- Excellent understanding of Infrastructure/Application/Job monitoring
- Good exposure on monitoring tools (Zabbix/Dynatrace/SCOM/Solarwinds/Datadog/Nagios etc.)
- Administration of monitoring tools would be good to have skill
