**Job description for IT Admin**

We are looking to hire a passionate IT Admin to join our team.

**Roles & Responsibilities**:
2. Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software components, including servers, routers, switches, firewalls, and operating systems.

3. Monitor and optimize system performance, security, and availability.

4. Ensure data backups are performed regularly and effectively, and develop disaster recovery plans.

6. Provide technical support and assistance to employees regarding hardware, software, and network-related issues.

7. Diagnose and resolve network connectivity issues, hardware and software failures, and system errors in a timely manner.

8. Conduct regular system and network audits to identify potential vulnerabilities and recommend necessary security enhancements.

9. Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies, trends, and best practices in IT administration and recommend appropriate solutions to improve efficiency and productivity.

10. Collaborate with vendors to purchase new assets as per company requirement also maintain payment records.

11. Create and maintain documentation, including system configurations, user manuals, and IT policies and procedures.

12. Train employees on the proper use of hardware, software, and IT systems.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month

- Noida, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:
