**About the Role**:
We are an emerging company with a bold vision and an impactful project in the maritime sector. As we expand, we are seeking driven individuals who can support our mission by connecting us with potential investors, donors, or funding institutions. We are looking for experienced or well-connected individuals who can assist us in raising funds (equity/debt/grants) for our ongoing and upcoming projects. This is a **performance-based role**, ideal for those with a strong network and excellent persuasion skills.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and approach potential investors, HNIs, venture capitalists, or CSR contributors.
- Present our business proposal with confidence and clarity (we’ll provide all pitch materials).
- Build and maintain relationships with funding partners.
- Facilitate meetings between management and interested parties.
- Maintain proper records of outreach and progress.
- Proven experience in fundraising, sales, investments, or business development preferred.
- Strong communication, networking, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and result-driven.
- Ability to understand and explain business proposals convincingly.
- Prior exposure to startup funding, CSR funding, or investor relations is a plus.
- Attractive commission on successfully raised funds.
- Payout is immediate upon fund receipt into the company account.
