**About the Role**:
Whiz IT Services is a dynamic and growing company engaged in multiple projects, including international ferry services, infrastructure, real estate, and technology-driven initiatives. We are looking for a passionate and result-oriented Fundraiser to generate investments to support our ambitious projects.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement fundraising strategies to secure funds from investors, donors, institutions, and grants.
- Identify and approach high-net-worth individuals (HNIs), venture capitalists, corporate sponsors, and philanthropic organizations.
- Create compelling proposals, presentations, and investment decks to attract potential investors.
- Organize and participate in fundraising events, networking sessions, and investor meetings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential donors and investors.
- Work closely with the management team to set and achieve financial goals.
- Ensure compliance with legal and financial regulations related to fundraising activities.
- Maintain accurate records of donor contributions and investment commitments.
- His target will be 50 crores, which he needs to raise as soon as possible for our current projects.

**Skills and Qualifications**
- Proven experience in fundraising, investment banking, or business development.
- Strong network in the investment and donor community.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to create persuasive investment proposals and business pitches.
- Understanding of financial planning, ROI analysis, and funding models.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Knowledge of the ferry industry, infrastructure projects, or related sectors is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM tools, and fundraising platforms.

**Preferred Experience**:

- 2+ years of experience in fundraising, business development, or investor relations.
- Track record of securing significant investments for business.
