The Fundraising Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to secure funding for the organization. This role involves building and maintaining relationships with donors, organizing fundraising events, and working with the marketing and communications team to promote fundraising initiatives.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Develop Fundraising Strategies**:

- Create and implement comprehensive fundraising plans to meet the financial goals of the organization.
- Identify and target potential funding sources, including individual donors, corporations, foundations, and government agencies.
- **Donor Relationship Management**:

- Cultivate and maintain relationships with existing and potential donors.
- Develop personalized donor engagement plans and manage donor recognition programs.
- **Fundraising Campaigns and Events**:

- Plan, organize, and oversee fundraising events, campaigns, and activities.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure successful execution of events and campaigns.
- **Grant Writing and Proposals**:

- Research and identify grant opportunities.
- Write and submit grant proposals, ensuring compliance with all requirements and deadlines.
- **Budget Management**:

- Develop and manage fundraising budgets.
- Monitor and report on fundraising performance, ensuring financial goals are met.
- **Marketing and Communication**:

- Work with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns to support fundraising efforts.
- **Reporting and Analytics**:

- Maintain accurate records of fundraising activities and donor contributions.
- Prepare regular reports for senior management on fundraising progress and outcomes.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Nonprofit Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in fundraising, donor relations, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of fundraising principles and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in fundraising software and tools (e.g., CRM systems, donor databases).
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Passion for [industry/sector] and commitment to the organization’s mission.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Master’s degree in a relevant field.
- Certification in Fundraising Management (e.g., CFRE).
- Experience with digital fundraising strategies and tools.
- Knowledge of local and national fundraising trends and regulations.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
