*Responsibilities*
- Organize Campaigns for people on the street, at public places, corporate offices, retails outlets, societies and events.
- Train new team members about fundraising tricks
- Develop fundraising techniques For Team members and learn to improve Donations of the NGO
- Create a good bonding with team members and help them to become good fundraiser
- Taking care that all rules and regulations are observed strictly
- Motivate Team members to achieve their and Team Target
- Engage people with positive behavior and active listening
- Inform and explain about NGO activities and Projects,
- Create awareness and softness about NGO in Peoples mind and Heart.
- Inspire them to support The NGO by donating one time or a long-term monthly basis.
- Create good and healthy professional relation with the people and Team members
- To meet Daily, weekly and monthly targets of the Team
- To keep track of Achievements vs Targets & Proper MIS of the individual team members and Team.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Fresher, Freelance, Volunteer
Contract length: 24 months

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Expected hours: No more than 8 per week
