**Job Description: Fundraiser Manager (Sales Background) at Forutkarsh Global Foundation**

**Position Overview**:
The Fundraiser Manager will be responsible for driving fundraising initiatives by leveraging sales skills to secure donations and sponsorships. The role involves building relationships with potential donors, managing fundraising campaigns, and ensuring revenue targets are met to support the foundation’s programs.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Lead Fundraising Campaigns**: Plan, organize, and execute fundraising initiatives (events, online campaigns, corporate partnerships) to generate financial support.
- **Prospect and Secure Donations**: Identify and approach potential donors, sponsors, and partners using sales strategies. Cultivate relationships with key individuals and organizations.
- **Relationship Management**: Maintain ongoing communication with donors, providing updates on the impact of their contributions and building long-term partnerships.
- **Sales Strategies**: Use consultative sales techniques to pitch the foundation’s mission and needs effectively, closing deals and securing recurring donations.
- **Achieve Fundraising Goals**: Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual fundraising targets to support the foundation's activities and growth.
- **Reporting and Analysis**: Track and report on fundraising activities, donor engagement, and revenue, adjusting strategies to improve results.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, sales, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Proven track record in sales (preferably in fundraising, nonprofit, or corporate sponsorships) with a minimum of 3 years of experience.
- **Skills**:

- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
- Target-driven with a strategic approach to fundraising.
- Knowledge of CRM software and fundraising platforms is a plus.

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,300,000.00 per year
