Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role based in Pune, with flexibility for partial remote work. As a Fundraiser at Saaransh Life Foundation, you will be responsible for designing and implementing fundraising strategies to secure financial support for the foundation's initiatives. The role includes building relationships with donors, identifying potential CSR partnerships, writing grant proposals, organizing fundraising campaigns, and promoting donor engagement. You will also collaborate with team members to meet fundraising targets and contribute to the overall success of the organization's mission. Qualifications - Proven expertise in fundraising, grant writing, and creating impactful campaigns - Experience in building donor relationships and securing CSR partnerships - Proficiency in event planning and management skills - Understanding of advocacy and community engagement within a non-profit or humanitarian context - Excellent communication and storytelling skills to convey the organization's mission and impact - Strong organizational, project management, and problem-solving abilities - Proficiency with tools for donor management and basic tech skills - Background in marketing, public relations, or a related field is a plus - Passion for social impact through healthcare, education, nutrition, and sustainability
