As a Fundraising Associate at ATMA TIMES, you will play a crucial role in supporting the organization's mission by raising funds and building relationships with donors. Your primary responsibility will be to assist in developing and implementing effective fundraising strategies, managing donor relationships, and ensuring the achievement of fundraising goals. This position requires a highly motivated individual with excellent communication skills, a passion for the cause, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:
1) Fundraising Strategy Development:
a) Assist in the creation and execution of comprehensive fundraising plans and strategies to increase the organization's financial support.
b)Research potential funding opportunities and identify new fundraising initiatives and revenue streams.

2) Donor Relationship Management:
a) Build and maintain strong relationships with existing donors, ensuring regular communication, updates, and recognition of their contributions.
b) Identify, cultivate, and engage prospective donors, including individuals, corporations, foundations, and other organizations.

3) Campaign Coordination:
a) Plan, organize, and coordinate fundraising events, campaigns, and activities.
b) Collaborate with other team members to develop promotional materials, such as brochures, newsletters, and social media content, to support fundraising efforts.

4) Grant Writing and Proposals:
5) Data Management and Reporting:
a) Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of donor information, fundraising activities, and financial contributions using the organization's database.
b) Prepare regular reports on fundraising progress, including analysis of successful campaigns and areas for improvement.

6) Collaboration and Networking:
a) Work closely with other departments, such as communications, program, and finance teams, to align fundraising efforts with organizational goals.
b) Represent the organization at networking events, meetings, and conferences to build relationships and promote the mission.
