Fundraising Executive

Fundraising Manager / Project Lead

Job Summary:

The Fundraising Executive will play a key role in supporting the organizations fundraising efforts by engaging with potential and existing donors over the phone. The role involves effective communication of the organization's mission, building relationships, and inspiring individuals, corporates, and institutions to contribute towards impactful programs and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound fundraising calls to individuals, corporates, and institutions from assigned call lists.
  • Effectively communicate the organization's vision, impact, and projects to encourage donations.
  • Build rapport and maintain relationships with donors through follow-ups and updates.
  • Accurately log call outcomes, donor information, and pledges in the system.
  • Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly fundraising targets.
  • Collaborate with the fundraising and communications teams to enhance call scripts and strategies.
  • Uphold ethical fundraising standards and ensure donor confidentiality at all times.
  • Represent the organization professionally in every interaction.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal communication and listening skills in English (knowledge of regional languages is a plus).
  • Strong persuasion, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic computer skills and experience using CRMs or call log tools.
  • Passionate about social causes and eager to promote the organization's mission.
  • Prior experience in fundraising, tele-calling, customer service, or sales is preferred.
