**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Achieve sales targets through upselling and cross-selling.
- Ensure the store is organized and well-stocked.
- Maintain sales records and reports.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum qualification: High School; diploma/graduate preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
