**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Vendor Management**: Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, negotiate contracts, and maintain relationships with current vendors.
- **Procurement Planning**: Forecast procurement needs based on production schedules, inventory levels, and sales forecasts.
- **Purchase Orders**: Create and manage purchase orders, ensuring timely delivery of materials.
- **Cost Control**: Negotiate pricing and payment terms to achieve cost savings while maintaining product quality.
- **Inventory Management**: Coordinate with the inventory team to ensure that stock levels are maintained without excessive overstock.
- **Quality Control**: Ensure that the procured materials meet the required quality standards by coordinating with the quality assurance department.
- **Supplier Audits**: Conduct regular audits of supplier performance in terms of quality, delivery, and cost efficiency.
- **Documentation & Compliance**: Maintain proper records of purchases, contracts, and other relevant documents, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
- **Market Research**: Stay updated on market trends and new products to ensure the company is sourcing the best materials.
- **Cost Analysis**: Regularly analyze market price trends to optimize procurement budgets.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field. MBA preferred but not mandatory.
- **Experience**: 1 years of experience in procurement or purchasing in the electrical or manufacturing sector.
- **Technical Knowledge**: Strong understanding of electrical components and materials.
- **Negotiation Skills**: Excellent negotiation skills to secure favorable terms with suppliers.
- **Analytical Skills**: Ability to perform cost analysis and manage budgets effectively.
- **Attention to Detail**: Strong attention to detail in managing contracts, purchase orders, and deliveries.
- **Communication Skills**: Strong verbal and written communication skills for coordinating with internal teams and vendors.

**Preferred Attributes**:

- Knowledge of local and international suppliers.
- Experience in handling imports and understanding of customs regulations.
- Familiarity with electrical manufacturing processes and quality standards.

Pay: ₹11,027.54 - ₹20,000.00 per month
