**Job Title**: Purchase Executive Assistant

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist the Purchase Executive in day-to-day procurement operations.
- Prepare and process purchase orders, quotations, and supplier agreements.
- Maintain and update vendor and supplier databases.
- Follow up with suppliers for order confirmation and on-time delivery.
- Coordinate with internal departments to understand material and product requirements.
- Compare prices, specifications, and delivery terms to ensure cost-effective purchases.
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of all purchasing records.
- Track inventory levels and ensure adequate stock availability.
- Handle correspondence and communication with suppliers and vendors.
- Assist in preparing purchase reports and analyzing data for management review.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in purchasing or procurement.
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with ERP or inventory management software.
- Knowledge of procurement policies and documentation.
- Team-oriented and proactive attitude.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
