**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- **Source and purchase goods, raw materials, and services from suppliers.**
- **Negotiate prices, terms, and conditions with vendors.**
- **Ensure timely delivery of purchased items.**
- **Develop strong networking with suppliers and vendors.**
- **Analyze market trends.**
- **Prepare and manage purchase orders, invoices, and payment documentation.**
- **Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.**
- **Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure procurement needs are met.**
- **Empanel new vendors. Explore expos and different local market hubs for bringing in wide range of options.**

**In this position, you will coordinate with every department to determine what they need in terms of supplies, equipment, and raw materials. You research vendors to get the best price, submit purchase orders to their distribution center, and handle the invoicing process.**

**This position directly reports into the MD of the company, which brings additional responsibility of an executive assistant. The profile entails certain admin related activities such as calendar & travel management, letter drafting, Managing meetings and other admin activities etc.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
