Location -Ghaziabad

**Responsibilities**:

- Vendor Management:

- Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers of beauty products based on quality, price, and reliability.
- Negotiate terms and agreements with vendors to secure favorable pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure efficient procurement processes.
- Purchase Planning:

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including sales and marketing teams, to forecast product demand and develop purchase plans.
- Monitor inventory levels and analyze consumption patterns to determine optimal reorder quantities.
- Anticipate potential supply shortages or disruptions and implement contingency plans to mitigate risks.
- Order Processing:

- Generate purchase orders accurately and efficiently in accordance with established procedures.
- Coordinate with suppliers to confirm order details, track shipment status, and expedite deliveries as needed.
- Verify received goods against purchase orders and resolve any discrepancies or quality issues.
- Cost Optimization:

- Continuously evaluate pricing and sourcing strategies to optimize costs without compromising quality.
- Identify opportunities for cost savings through bulk purchasing, vendor negotiations, and alternative sourcing options.
- Analyze purchasing data and trends to identify areas for process improvement and efficiency gains.
- Quality Assurance:

- Ensure that purchased beauty products meet established quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular supplier audits and inspections to assess product quality, packaging integrity, and compliance with specifications.
- Address quality issues or non-conformities promptly and work with suppliers to implement corrective actions.
- Documentation and Reporting:

- Maintain accurate records of purchase transactions, contracts, and supplier agreements.
- Prepare periodic reports on purchasing activities, including spend analysis, vendor performance metrics, and inventory turnover rates.
- Provide insights and recommendations to management based on data analysis and market trends.
