**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and evaluate potential suppliers based on quality, cost, reliability, and delivery speed.
- Negotiate terms and pricing with suppliers to obtain the best deals while maintaining product quality.
- Ensure the procurement of high-quality materials that meet the company’s standards and specifications.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers.
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed to prevent shortages or overstocking.
- Coordinate with internal departments to understand material requirements and timelines.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier performance.
- Track order status, ensure timely deliveries, and resolve any issues related to delays or discrepancies.
- Prepare and present regular reports on purchase activities, costs, and supplier evaluations.
- Stay updated on market trends, material alternatives, and pricing fluctuations.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Purchase Executive or in a similar procurement role.
- **Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.**:

- **Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.**:

- Ability to identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising on quality.
- Proficient in MS Office and purchasing software (e.g., ERP systems).
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- **Preferred Qualities**:

- Knowledge of local and international suppliers.
- Experience in purchasing for [insert industry, e.g., construction, manufacturing].
- Familiarity with contract laws and procurement best practices.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
