Our Current Requirement:

We, ASVA ENTERPRISE, INDIA ) looking for a young energetic and detail-oriented Purchase Executive to work for us in our Branch Office in Ghaziabad/ Noida. As we are Domestics and Export Countries working and serving for our esteemed customers so we need Candidate like who has knowledge in for quality supplier/ manufacturer of our all regular requirements. The candidate will be responsible for supporting the Project Management team based out of our Branch and Head office.

Position: Purchase Executive/ Manager

Job Description:

As a Purchasing Manager Candidate will be responsible for sourcing equipment, goods and services and managing vendors. The successful candidate will be able to perform strategic procurement activities across multiple categories of spend, search for better deals and find more profitable suppliers who can deliver quality products.

Your Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  1. Identify, Develop, lead and execute purchasing strategies.

  2. Track and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness

  3. Ability for nicely negotiation strategies and close deals with optimal terms

  4. Managing supplier relations and negotiating contracts, prices, timelines, etc.

  5. Forecast price and market trends to identify changes of balance in buyer-supplier power

  6. Perform cost and scenario analysis, and benchmarking

  7. To ensure timely deliveries of ordered equipment's.

  8. Determine quantity and timing of deliveries

  9. Maintaining the supplier database, purchase records, and related documentation.

  10. Ensuring that all procured items meet the required quality standards and specifications.

  11. Working to improve purchasing systems and processes.

  12. Ability to work independently.

Areas of Expertise:

Strive to cultivate and improve the necessary skills for ours dealing industry. Mainly Decision-making, negotiation and leadership skills are must and required.

Desired Skills & Competencies:

Strategic industry management, Category management, Project management, Relationship management, Negotiation skills, Financial acumen, Analytical skills, Aptitude for technology, Results-focused, Professionalism. Knowledge of related computer applications like Microsoft Excel, Microsoft office.
