**Responsibilities**:

- Identify and evaluate potential suppliers based on price, quality, and delivery capabilities.
- Create and manage purchase orders in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Ensure all purchasing activities comply with internal controls and guidelines.
- Coordinate with internal departments to understand procurement needs and specifications.
- Negotiate prices, terms, and conditions with suppliers to ensure the best value for the company.
- Prepare and review contracts, agreements, and purchase orders.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure adequate stock levels.
- Manage the logistics of orders to ensure timely delivery and resolve any issues that arise.
- Maintain accurate records of all procurement activities, including purchase orders, invoices, and delivery receipts.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in procurement or purchasing, preferably in a similar industry.

**Skills**:

- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to analyze and solve problems effectively.
- Strong attention to detail.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)
