A purchase executive with 4+ years’ experience in the solar industry and responsible for identifying purchasing materials, managing inventory /store, and scouting / shortlisting of vendors/suppliers.

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Buying Materials of the desired quality at competitive prices on time.
- Monitoring & maintaining optimum inventory levels for all class of materials.
- Complete responsibility of maintenance of inventory and stores
- Identifying and evaluating potential suppliers/vendors of material in the industry.
- Negotiating favorable terms and contracts with suppliers, including price, delivery schedules, and quality standards as per the specifications.
- Ensuring that all procured solar equipment meets or exceeds quality and performance standards.
- Reviewing purchase requisitions for technical specifications
- Coordinate with logistics team for timely shipment and delivery of material to concerned project site.
- Preparing of Goods receipt note and submission of all invoice to the accounts department.
- Preparing internal cost estimates and MIS pertaining to stores and inventory.

- Computer Proficiency in software like MS Office, Tally Prime, Busy etc.
- Knowledge of ERP will be preferred.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
