As a Purchase Executive in Supply Chain Management, you will play a crucial role in managing the procurement process, sourcing materials, and optimizing supply chain operations to meet our company's strategic objectives. You will be responsible for coordinating with suppliers, negotiating contracts, and ensuring timely delivery of goods while maintaining cost efficiency and quality standards. Your main responsibilities will include:

- Conducting market research to identify potential suppliers and evaluate their capabilities, pricing, and reliability.
- Developing and implementing procurement strategies to optimize costs, minimize risks, and improve supply chain efficiency.
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders, including production, logistics, and quality assurance teams, to understand material requirements and forecast demand.
- Negotiating contracts and terms with suppliers to secure favorable pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
- Monitoring supplier performance and conducting regular performance reviews to ensure compliance with contractual agreements and quality standards.
- Managing the purchase order process from requisition to delivery, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of orders.
- Resolving supplier issues and discrepancies, such as late deliveries, quality issues, or invoice discrepancies, in a timely manner.
- Maintaining accurate records of procurement activities, including supplier contracts, purchase orders, and inventory levels.
- Analyzing data and generating reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify areas for improvement in procurement processes.
- Staying updated on industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory requirements related to procurement and supply chain management.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience working in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management roles.
- Strong understanding of procurement processes, sourcing strategies, and supply chain principles.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset and proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques for decision-making.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance standards related to procurement and supply chain management.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in managing procurement documentation and transactions.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically to resolve procurement-related issues.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
