**Job Description: Intern - Market Researcher and Analyst**

**Position**: Market Researcher and Analyst Intern
**Location**: lower parel
**Duration**: 3 to 6 months
**Stipend**: 12k to 22k
**Employment Type**: Internship

**Role Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Market Research**:

- Conduct primary and secondary research to gather data on industry trends, competitors, and target audiences.
- Identify and analyze market opportunities, customer preferences, and business challenges.
- Create comprehensive reports based on findings to support decision-making processes.
- **Data Collection and Analysis**:

- Gather data using surveys, interviews, focus groups, and online research tools.
- Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to identify patterns, insights, and actionable recommendations.
- **Reporting and Presentation**:

- Prepare visually appealing presentations, charts, and graphs to summarize research findings.
- Present insights and suggestions to team members and stakeholders.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to understand research needs and align findings with organizational goals.
- Stay updated with market trends and report timely insights to the relevant teams.

**Qualifications**
- **Education**:

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.
- **Skills**:

- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, or statistical software (SPSS, R, or Python is a plus).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Familiarity with market research methods, tools, and platforms.
- **Attitude**:

- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
- Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
