- Foster a learning environment where your team can hone their research skills in both primary and secondary sources.
- Analyze reports from your team, offering critical feedback to elevate the quality and impact of their research.
- Keep the project on track by ensuring adherence to the established plan and timely delivery of reports.
- Partner closely with the research manager, meticulously following the table of contents and client proposal as guiding documents.
- Lead your team towards enhanced performance and productivity, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define the table of contents, scope, and structure of market research studies, ensuring clarity and purpose.
- Develop captivating client proposals that effectively communicate the value and benefits of your team's research capabilities, securing project win opportunities.

**Principal Duties And Responsibilities**
- Utilize comprehensive market research methodologies to generate accurate and insightful market estimations.
- Supervise consulting and syndicate projects, ensuring successful delivery and exceeding client expectations.
- Contribute your specialized domain and industry expertise to empower your team and optimize performance.
- Execute market research and consulting assignments, drawing upon your expertise to deliver valuable insights.
- Compose and rigorously quality-check market and industry research studies to guarantee clarity, accuracy, and actionable insights.
- Define the direction of market research by strategically selecting impactful studies and topics for investigation.
