**Position Overview**:
The **Market Research Associate**, with 3 months to 1 year of experience, plays a key role in supporting the collection, analysis, and interpretation of market data to inform strategic business decisions.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Data Collection and Research**:

- Assist in gathering both quantitative and qualitative data through surveys, interviews, and focus groups.
- Conduct secondary research by reviewing reports, articles, and databases.
- **Data Analysis**:

- Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights using basic statistical methods.
- Collaborate with senior analysts or researchers to interpret data and provide key insights.
- **Report Development**:

- Contribute to the preparation of reports, presentations, and infographics to communicate research findings effectively.
- Summarize key insights in a clear, actionable manner for stakeholders.
- **Competitor and Industry Analysis**:

- Support competitor analysis by collecting data on competitors' strategies, products, and market share.
- Conduct research on industry trends and developments relevant to the business.
- **Client Interaction**:

- Assist in presenting research findings to internal teams or clients under the guidance of senior team members.
- Collect feedback on research processes and outcomes.
- **Collaboration with Cross-functional Teams**:

- Work with marketing, product, and sales teams to align research insights with business strategies.
- Assist in developing strategies informed by market research findings.

**Required Skills**:

- **Research Methods**:Basic understanding of primary and secondary research techniques.
- **Data Analysis Tools**: Proficiency with tools such as Excel, SPSS, Tableau, or other analytical software.
- **Attention to**: High accuracy in data collection and reporting.
- **Communication Skills**:Strong written and verbal communication skills for effectively presenting research findings.
- **Problem-Solving**:Ability to derive insights and provide actionable recommendations based on data.

**Educational Background**:

- Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, statistics, marketing, or a related field.
