**Job Overview**:
A **Market Research Associate** with 3 months to 1 year of experience typically takes on tasks that help support the analysis and interpretation of market data to help guide business decisions.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Data Collection and Research**:

- Help gather information through surveys, interviews, and focus groups.
- Use existing reports, articles, and databases for research.

**2. Data Analysis**:

- Analyze the data to find trends and insights using basic statistics.
- Work with more experienced analysts to interpret data and share findings.

**3. Report Preparation**:

- Assist in creating reports, presentations, and infographics to share research results.
- Summarize insights clearly for stakeholders.

**4. Competitor and Industry Analysis**:

- Help analyze competitors’ strategies, products, and market share.
- Research market trends that affect the business.

**5. Client Interaction**:

- Assist in presenting data and findings to teams or clients with senior team members' guidance.
- Gather feedback on the research process and results.

**6. Collaboration with Other Teams**:

- Work with marketing, product, and sales teams to connect research findings with business strategies.
- Support strategy development based on market insights.

**Required Skills**:

- Basic knowledge of research methods.
- Familiarity with data analysis tools like Excel, SPSS, or Tableau.
- Attention to detail for accurate data collection and reporting.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Problem-solving ability to provide actionable insights from data.

**Educational Background**:

- A degree in business, economics, statistics, marketing, or a related field.
