**Job Overview**

We are seeking a dynamic Field Sales Executive to join our team. The Field Executive will be responsible for managing a designated territory, driving sales, and providing exceptional customer service.

**Sales Generation**:

- Identify and develop new sales opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at retail outlets.
- Present product lines effectively to retailers, highlighting unique selling points and benefits.
- Negotiate favorable terms and conditions, including pricing, discounts, and delivery schedules.
- Close deals and achieve sales targets consistently
- **Market Development**:

- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and potential opportunities.
- Analyze market data to optimize sales strategies and territory coverage.
- Participate in industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and generate leads.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:

- Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries promptly.
- Resolve any issues or complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and performance metrics.
- **Inventory Management**:

- Monitor inventory levels at retail outlets to ensure adequate stock.
- Coordinate with the warehouse team to facilitate timely deliveries and returns.
- **Reporting and Analysis**:

- Prepare regular sales reports, including sales forecasts, pipeline analysis, and competitive insights.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Proven track record in field sales, preferably in the apparel or fashion industry.
- Strong understanding of the retail landscape and distribution channels.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in sales and CRM software.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
