Administer and support ALM/QC or similar ALM platforms (e.g., Micro Focus ALM, Azure DevOps, Jira).
Collaborate with the Cybersecurity team to plan, assess, and execute secure ALM upgrade/downgrade activities.
Configure and maintain projects, users, workflows, and permissions.
Perform routine system maintenance, monitoring, and backups.
Troubleshoot system and user issues, ensuring high availability and performance.
Assist in integrating ALM with other tools (e.g., Jenkins, Jira, CI/CD pipelines).
Generate and maintain technical documentation, including SOPs and upgrade procedures.
Train and support end users in effectively using ALM tools
