UpStream LMS Admin IT Consultant EMEA Internal LMS Main Objective: Collaborate with the Senior Learning Tech Lead and Product Owner to evaluate the feasibility and conduct risk analysis for the ALM LMS implementation across each division and business unit within EMEA. The role primarily focuses on supporting divisional technical implementation and integrations to enhance system capabilities, connecting with other BSC IT ecosystems, and maximising the platform's features to support training effectiveness and business goals for the EDUCARE (Customer Educational Platform) team. Key Responsibilities: Ensuring Seamless LMS Integrations Management LMS administrator is responsible for documented and risk-mitigated process. Performing System Integration Processes: Systematically perform the end-to-end processes for managing LMS integrations and document the process that will serve as a comprehensive guide for all stakeholders. Risk Identification: Conduct a thorough risk assessment to identify potential challenges or disruptions that may arise during LMS integrations.This involves anticipating issues related to data transfer, system compatibility, or third-party dependencies. Mitigation Process Implementation: Develop robust mitigation processes to promptly address identified risks. This initiative-taking approach will minimize the impact of potential issues and ensure smooth integration operations. User Access Assurance: Guarantee uninterrupted access for all users by actively monitoring and addressing any access-related issues that may arise during or after integration. This includes ensuring that users can seamlessly interact with the LMS and associated systems as EDUCARE
