**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Oversee the creation and execution of test plans test cases and test scripts.
- Provide detailed test metrics and reporting to stakeholders.
- Utilize SNOW for managing incidents and tracking progress.
- Implement and maintain testing tools and frameworks.
- Conduct manual end-to-end business process automation testing.
- Collaborate with teams using Rally for agile project management.
- Manage test cases and defects using HP ALM.
- Track and report issues using Jira.
- Ensure comprehensive testing coverage for Auto-New Business Auto-Renewals Auto-Policy Admin Auto-Claims and Property & Casualty Insurance domains.
- Work in a hybrid model balancing remote and on-site work as needed.
- Maintain clear and effective communication with team members and stakeholders.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes and methodologies.
- Ensure all testing activities comply with company standards and regulations.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior testers.
- Collaborate with development teams to resolve issues and improve product quality.
- Participate in regular team meetings and provide updates on testing progress.
- Ensure timely delivery of testing milestones and project deadlines.
- Adapt to changing project requirements and priorities.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry best practices and emerging technologies.

**Qualifications**
- Proficiency in testing tools and frameworks is essential.
- Expertise in manual end-to-end business process automation testing is necessary.
- Familiarity with Rally HP ALM and Jira is mandatory.
- Basic programming skills are required.
- Domain knowledge in Auto-New Business Auto-Renewals Auto-Policy Admin Auto-Claims and Property & Casualty Insurance is essential.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are needed.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities are crucial.
- Ability to work in a hybrid model and adapt to remote and on-site work.
